At Antara Atelier, every piece is meticulously finished by hand, with great care and attention to detail. Because of our dedication to crafting high-quality, personalised designs, our processing times are a bit longer than ready-made products. For custom pieces, like our Alara You & Me Ring, the current processing time is approximately 3-7 days before dispatch. However, we always strive to send your order as soon as possible. This time allows us to ensure your piece meets our high standards.


Made-to-Order, Just for You


Each order you place with us is created specifically for you, based on your unique preferences and requirements. Once your order is confirmed, it enters a queue, and our skilled artisans begin the intricate process of handcrafting your piece. Since every item is custom-made and carefully finished by hand, the processing time typically spans 3- 7 days before your items leave our workshop. We want to ensure that each piece is a true reflection of your vision and our craftsmanship. As soon as your piece is completed and ready for dispatch, we will send you an email notification with the details.

TIMEFRAME FOR DELIVERY

Standard shipping times vary for each country due to location. On average the shipping window is 2-7 working days for our main shipping countries. Once your item leaves our workshop you will receive a dispatch notification followed by tracking information. For any queries please do not hesitate to contact us.

CANCELLATION POLICY

You are free to change or cancel your order within 12 hours of placing your order, please email us your cancellation or change request within 12 hours of ordering. Any cancellations placed after 12 hours will not be valid. 

RETURN POLICY

Please note that custom items, such as our Alara You & Me Ring, are made to order and uniquely crafted to your specifications. As each piece is personalised, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on these items.

This policy ensures that we can maintain the high quality and individuality of each custom creation. We encourage you to carefully review all details before placing your order, and our team is always here to assist you in making the perfect choice.

If for any reason you would like to return any non-personalised items please read our policy below:

  1. The item must be returned to us within 21 days of delivery. 

  2. We offer exchanges for customers if the size is wrong on non-personalised items.

  3. We do not cover any costs to return items.

  4. We do not refund any amount paid for shipping. This includes any amount paid for delivery or to return the item. We only refund the cost of the item.

  5. All items must be completely undamaged, unworn and in the original packaging it came in.

  6. Once we receive your return our team will carry out a quality assessment and if it has been returned damaged or worn in any way unfortunately we will not be able to refund you.

  9. Please note if you opt for personalisation you will not be able to return your order for a refund or exchange. This is because we have made the order specific to you with your own customisation.
